The new First Responders monument and section at Rochester’s Holy Sepulchre Cemetery was dedicated and blessed during a Sept. 9 ceremony. The event began with a Mass celebrated by Bishop Salvatore R. Matano and ended with a reception and the release of 500 butterflies.
