A memorial honoring Father George Weinmann and Sister Lilian Marie McLaughlin was dedicated July 21 at All Souls Chapel in Rochester’s Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Father Weinmann and Sister McLaughlin lost their lives attempting to save the Blessed Sacrament when a fire broke out in Rochester’s St. Philip Neri Church in 1967.
