After 22 years with Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Rochester and Ascension Garden in Henrietta, General Manager Jim Weisbeck will be leaving to pursue other interests, according to a statement from the board of trustees of the cemeteries.
The board of trustees has named Chief Financial Officer Lynn Sullivan as interim general manager while a search is conducted for a permanent replacement.
Before serving as business manager for five years and then as general manager for 17 years, Weisbeck had a 30-year career with General Foods with assignments in manufacturing and finance.
Sullivan has been with Holy Sepulchre and Ascension Garden for a year, and will continue serving as chief financial officer in addition to serving as general manager. Before joining Holy Sepulchre, Sullivan occupied leadership roles with Eastman Kodak, Harris Interactive, ABVI-Goodwill and Paychex.
Weisbeck will transition with Sullivan through June 30.
