A waitlist has closed for Providence Housing Development Corp.’s Olean Heights, the third phase of the Olean-Kennedy Revitalization Project.
The Olean Heights phase of the project will bring 32 three-, four- and five-bedroom single-family and attached single-family homes to scattered sites on Fulton Avenue in Rochester and in the city’s Plymouth-Exchange neighborhood. According to the organization, more than 790 families applied for a chance to live in one of the homes.
