Minhhang K. Huynh, a religious icon artist, will lead a devotion to Mary on Thursday, May 19, at Holy Cross Parish, 4492 Lake Ave., Charlotte.
Huynh will display her icon “Our Lady of Compassion” and talk about it at a 7:30 a.m. Mass; a 9:15 a.m. rosary group; a 1:30 p.m. Senior & Friends program; a 5:20 p.m. Mass; and, at 7 p.m., a special evening of devotion to Mary. Following the 7 p.m. devotion, there will be an ice-cream social.
