St. Francis Solanus Parish in Interlaken will hold its 47th Annual Family Festival and Chicken Barbecue at noon Aug. 19 on the grounds of St. Fidelis Friary, 7790 County Road 153, Interlaken.
A full meal including barbecued chicken, salt potatoes, three-bean salad and rolls may be purchased for $7. A meal of just barbecued chicken may be purchased for $4, and a dinner of hot dogs and potato chips may be purchased for $2.50.
The barbecue is the parish’s only annual fundraiser, and also will feature children’s games, a cake wheel, a silent auction and music by a live jazz band.
