St. Mary Parish, 95 N. Main St., Canandaigua, is hosting a Lenten series of reflection sessions about prayer.
The two remaining sessions will be held April 5 and 12 in Dougherty Hall, which is located in the church basement. Each session will begin at 5 p.m. with light refreshments and will conclude by 6:30 p.m.
Deacon Claude Lester, the parish’s faith-formation director, will lead the April 5 session, which will focus on praying during Holy Week. Father Mark Brewer, parochial vicar, will lead the April 12 session on Taize prayer.
