Life issues activist will speak Sept. 20 in Ithaca

Carol Crossed, a Rochester resident and outspoken activist in defense of the consistent life ethic, will be the guest speaker for "The Year of Mercy: Protecting the Vulnerable Without Exception." Her talk will take place Tuesday, Sept. 20, from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 302 St. Catherine Circle, Ithaca.

The event is open to the public and sponsored by Forty Days For Life — Ithaca, as well as Cortland County Citizens for Life and Catholic Charities of Tompkins/Tioga. For details, contact Mary Anne Tissot at 315-246-7479.
