A “Light Weigh” orientation will take place Tuesday, Nov. 14 in Avoca, Steuben County.
This Bible study and video series takes a spiritual approach to weight and dieting issues, and is designed to help people learn how to overcome temptation. The Light Weigh is an international program begun by Catholic author and speaker Suzanne Fowler, who also serves as the program’s president.
