The evening prayer service for The Most Reverend Bishop Matthew H. Clark was livestreamed from Sacred Heart Cathedral in Rochester. The evening prayer service began at 7 p.m. Sunday, January 29.

Bishop Salvatore R. Matano was the celebrant for the Jan. 29 prayer vigil, and Father Joseph Hart, pastor of Our Lady Queen of Peace and St. Thomas More parishes, was homilist. Father Hart served as vicar general and moderator of the curia under Bishop Clark from 1998 to 2012.
Bishop Clark was eighth bishop of the Diocese of Rochester from 1979 until his retirement in 2012.
