To the editor:
I wish to respond to Bishop Clark’s (July column) in the Catholic Courier regarding our gay and lesbian brothers and sisters. I whole heartedly support his comments. We are all children of God and HE doesn’t discriminate but loves us all equally. If we are committed to following HIS teachings, we must strive to do the same.
The Gospel of July 11th about The Good Samaritan brings home this message very clearly. We must all be Good Neighbors and take care of and look out for one another. Let not our personal politics, biases, narrowness of mind and spirit get in the way of loving God first and our neighbor as ourselves second. If we do this we all will LIVE.
