St. Joseph the Worker Parish will host the April 2 installment of the Lyons Inter-Church Council’s annual Soup and Sharing series.

The theme of this year’s series is “Our Churches’ Good Works,” and the five sessions will take place March 12, March 19, March 26, April 2 and April 9. Each evening begins at 5 p.m. with a supper of soup and bread, which will be followed by a short presentation. The meal is free, but donations of canned goods or voluntary contributions to the Lyons Food Cupboard are welcomed.

Father David Tedesche, pastor of St. Joseph the Worker, will give the presentation after the April 2 meal, which will take place at St. Michael Church, located at 1 Holley St. in Lyons.
