Magnificat Rochester, a Catholic women’s ministry, will host a breakfast Saturday, Dec. 6, at the Rochester Institute of Technology’s Inn and Conference Center.
Guest speaker Marangely Gonz√°lez of Buffalo will offer testimony about how the Holy Spirit has worked in her life during the program, said Gertrude Amesbury, the Rochester group’s secretary. The breakfast also will include praise and worship.
Magnificat, which is an international organization based in New Orleans, holds three breakfasts annually to offer local Catholic women opportunities for prayer, conversation and personal testimony, added Amesbury added. The Rochester group incorporated a decade ago, she said.
The Dec. 6 program will run from 9:30 a.m. to noon at the RIT center located at 5257 W. Henrietta Road. Tickets are $15, $10, and free for clergy and religious. For more information, call 585-328-3210, ext. 1240.
