Catholics of Maronite heritage are invited to participate in a census called by Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Nasrallah P. Sfeir to trace more than 100 years of emigration by Christians from Lebanon and the Middle East.
According to the Eparchy of St. Maron of Brooklyn, the one-page census takes five minutes to complete. Information from the census will notify Maronite officials of Maronites living in areas where the church does not have a presence and will facilitate better communications.
