Kids from across the diocese came together at Sacred Heart Cathedral Feb. 3 for a Mass marking the Jan. 31-Feb. 5 celebration of Catholic Schools Week. Bishop Salvatore R. Matano celebrated the Mass, during which he discussed with the students the importance of a Catholic education. Some participants had their throats blessed following Mass, which was held on the feast day of St. Blaise.
