University of Rochester student Paige VanHaute talks about the Gold Mass celebrated at the university’s Interfaith Chapel Nov. 15, the feast day of St. Albert the Great, patron saint of natural scientists. The Mass was organized to promote fellowship among Catholic scientists and science educators, with the hope that they will foster the development of local networks of Catholics involved in science.
