McQuaid Jesuit varsity basketball coach Jack Ruppert resigned as head basketball coach but will continue to work full time in the school’s history department, the school announced March 27.
In seven seasons with the varsity program, Ruppert compiled a 78-66 overall record. He had a 6-7 sectional record, and led the Knights to one Section 5 finals appearance in 2009.
