A scholarship fund has been established at McQuaid Jesuit High School in memory of Dane Leclair, a former standout volleyball player for the Knights who died Oct. 27 at age 22.
The Dane Leclair ’15 Memorial Volleyball Scholarship Fund honors Leclair, who went on to play Division I college volleyball at Loyola University-Chicago before graduating this past May. He died in Lincoln, Neb., due to an accidental fall. At the time, he was a graduate student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
