When photographing Bishop Clark in a Mass setting I’m always looking for moments of candid interaction with parishioners. He has a terrific rapport with children, so many times the best photos come from his interaction with the smallest parishioners. On this day, when I was shooting a Mass at St. Bernard’s School of Theology and Ministry, Allison Georgia was holding her newborn son at the back of the chapel and when the bishop processed out he couldn’t resist meeting 3-week-old Timothy.
