Owego residents ages 65 or older can receive house-cleaning assistance from college and high-school students on Saturday, Oct. 4.
Volunteers will be on hand to help with such chores as window washing, interior house cleaning and yard work. Call Tioga County Rural Ministry at 607-687-3021 as soon as possible to register.
