Owego residents ages 65 or older can receive house-cleaning assistance from Cornell University students on Saturday, Oct. 5.
Volunteers will be on hand to help with such chores as window washing, painting, yard work and house cleaning. Residents will be helped on a first-come, first-served basis. Call Tioga County Rural Ministry at 607-687-3021 to register.
