Owego and Apalachin residents ages 65 or older can receive house-cleaning assistance from Binghamton University students on Saturday, March 29.
Volunteers will be on hand to help with such chores as window washing, interior house cleaning and yard work. Call Tioga County Rural Ministry at 607-687-3021 as soon as possible to register. The registration deadline is March 21.
