St. Joseph’s Neighborhood Center, which provides health care for uninsured and underinsured people, will show off its newly expanded and renovated facility during an open house and reception from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 22, at the center, 417 South Ave. Rochester. The open house will be preceded by a time of Thanksgiving and celebration at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 22, at St. Mary Church, 15 St. Mary’s Place, Rochester.
