New cluster to hold Mass in Lansing park

The newly formed cluster of Holy Cross in Dryden, St. Anthony Parish in Groton and All Saints in Lansing will hold a “Multi-Parish Family Celebration” Sunday, June 12, at Myers Town Park in Lansing.

Festivities will begin with an open-air Mass at 11 a.m. followed by a picnic. The event will provide an opportunity for socializing among the three communities, which will officially become clustered in late June.

Participants will also welcome Father Scott Kubinski as the cluster’s first pastor; he has served as administrator of all three parishes this past year. In addition, well-wishers will bid farewell to Father Munjalu Bernard Wakhungu, an extern priest from Kenya who has served in the Rochester Diocese since 2001.
