I covered the ordination Mass for four new permanent deacons this past Saturday at Sacred Heart Cathedral. There was a wonderful energy, you could sense the happiness and pride felt by these four men and the community who supported them. You could also sense the bond between the newly ordained deacons. During the Lord’s Prayer two of them joined hands and I took this photo.
