Gail Woytek, a registered health-information administrator, will give a presentation about the development and maintenance of personal-health records Oct. 18 at 7 p.m. in the St. Patrick Parish Center, 115 Maple Ave., Victor.
Woytek will explain why people should keep personal-health records and how to maintain these records. She’ll also talk about health-care proxies, do-not-resuscitate orders, living wills and advance directives. Refreshments will be available at the event.
This is the first event to be sponsored by St. Patrick’s Health and Wellness Ministry Team, which formed in June.
