Jacqueline Senecal became principal at St. John Neumann School in Rochester on Jan. 1, replacing Marie Arcuri, who had led the elementary school since 2005.

She also served as coordinator of the district’s International Baccalaureate Program and served as assistant principal during summer-school sessions.
