Bishop Salvatore R. Matano ordained three men diocesan priests June 4 during an ordination Mass at Rochester’s Sacred Heart Cathedral. Fathers Justin Miller, Jorge Ivan Ramirez and Jainer Erick Viloria knelt before the bishop and their fellow priests, each of whom layed their hands on the heads of the newly ordained men.
