Owego-based outreach requests variety of items

Donations are sought for New Hope Center, a support and advocacy outlet in Owego for victims of domestic violence.

There is an ongoing need for good, clean bed pillows, pillowcases and single-bed sheets; paper towels; toilet paper; disposable diapers (all sizes); deodorant; personal-care items; cotton underpants (for women, girls and boys); socks; dry and canned cat food; and dry dog food.

These items may be dropped off at the New Hope Center office, 20 Church St. (across from Auto Zone), Owego. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
