A penny social will take place Saturday, April 28, at Cohocton Elementary School, with doors opening at 11 a.m. and a raffle beginning at 12:30 p.m. Proceeds will benefit the Kitchen Table Ministry operated by the Sisters of St. Joseph in Holy Family Parish.
Donations of items for the social are welcomed. Baked goods will be accepted, as well as such slightly used goods (clean and in good condition) as books, toys, knickknacks, jewelry or plants. Items may be dropped off at Sturmer Hall in Cohocton or the Holy Family parish office in Wayland.
