Santacruzan, a Philipinne pageant and procession that traditionally takes place on the streets of small villages, was celebrated by local Filipinos at Holy Name of Jesus Church in Greece May 31. The procession, which honored the Virgin Mary and St. Helen, was full of symbolism, with each participant representing a piece of the pre-Christian and Catholic history of the Philippines.
