A prayer service to support United States troops will take place Wednesday, Feb. 7. It will begin at 7 p.m. at Oakwood Avenue United Methodist Church, 212 Oakwood Ave. (at 13th Street) in Elmira Heights.
Families and friends of service men and women, as well as the general public, are invited to join in prayer for U.S. military personnel serving in Iraq, Afghanistan and other parts of the world. This is a nonpolitical service.
