Providence Housing Development Corp. has openings on its waitlists for affordable housing in and around Rochester.
Applications are being taken at Plymouth Manor, Carlson Commons and Olean Heights for the waitlist for affordable housing apartments in two-, three- and four-bedroom single-family and attached single-family homes in the Plymouth-Exchange neighborhood and on Fulton Avenue in the city of Rochester. Income and occupancy requirements apply.
Seniors 55 and older may apply for the waitlist at St. Salome Apartments, Irondequoit, 585-544-9151; Union Park, North Chili, 585-293-9150; or West Town Village, West Henrietta, 585-321-3420.
Seniors 62 and older may apply for the waitlist at Atwood Park, Gates, at 585-247-0985 or Bloomfield Meadows, Bloomfield, at 585-657-4680.
Senior applicants must meet age, income and occupancy requirements. Most of the senior communities offer one- and two-bedroom apartments. Small domestic pets are welcomed with approval and pet deposit.
Providence serves as the property management company for all of the facilities.
