Repent of own sins, forgive others’ to achieve eternal ife

Catholic Courier    |    11.04.2018

To the editor:

Our own sins and defiance of our only Savior Jesus Christ will prevent us entry to Eternal Peace.

We will not be judged on what other people do, say or think. If we need and want forgiveness for our own mistakes and sins we have to put faith in Jesus. He says whosoever eats His body and drinks His Blood will have Eternal life. It is much easier to forgive others and let God do the punishing when we acknowledge our faults.

God loves everyone and sent Jesus as our redeemer. Receive the Sacraments of the church, confess, repent, forgive.

He will not ask where’s your lawyer and Eternal damnation will not be fun.

It’s time to defy Evil with Love and Peace. Judges impose a sentence for a criminal act, but that does not atone for the loss or pain afflicted on another person or property.

We can’t buy insurance to get into God’s Kingdom. But we have assurance of Eternal Life in God’s Kingdom through Jesus.
