Our Lady of Victory Church in Rochester celebrated its 150th anniversary and the renovation of its sanctuary and interior during a Solemn Mass of Dedication Oct. 7. Bishop Salvatore R. Matano presided at the Mass, which included anointing of the altar and the walls of the church.
