The 10th annual Run for the Young 5-K race and 1-mile fun run will be held May 13 at St. Lawrence Church in Greece.
The event, which is sponsored by the Diocese of Rochester, is open to runners of all ages and will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the church, which is located at 1000 N. Greece Road.
Organizers hope to raise more than $15,000 for the Youth Scholarship Fund. Proceeds will also help youths attend diocesan retreats, conferences and rallies.
