An area-wide collection of personal-care products for people in need is being held throughout May by Tioga County Rural Ministry.
Stores, businesses, churches and schools — more than 40 sites in all — are hosting drop-off bins for such donated products as soap, dish and laundry detergent, shampoo, toilet tissue, and facial tissue that are not covered by food stamps.
