Beginning the second week of October, Tioga County Rural Ministry will offer emergency financial assistance services to low-income individuals and families in northern Tioga County.
Assistance will address one-time emergency circumstances. Examples include utility costs, prescriptions, car repairs and rent. Services will be available at satellite offices in Newark Valley, Richford and Berkshire. For details, call 607-687-3021.
