ROCHESTER — Ticket sales from the Rochester Red Wings’ Latino night on July 22 will help future baseball stars in the Rochester Hispanic Youth Baseball League.
The Red Wings will donate to the league a portion of the proceeds from tickets for the July 22 game that are sold at Burgos Income Tax, 1765 N. Clinton Ave. The league needs the funds to help pay for uniforms and equipment.
Singer “La India” is scheduled to perform immediately after the game. The children who participate in the league also will parade around the field that night.
Tickets, which cost $6, will be available at Burgos until the day of the game, Al Burgos said.
The game begins at 6:05 p.m. with gates opening at 5 p.m. For more information, call 585/266-2680.
