Several Monroe County Catholic schools, including Holy Cross in Rochester, St. Lawrence in Greece, St. Kateri in Irondequoit, St. John Neumann in Rochester and St. Pius Tenth in Chili, were represented by students, staff and family members during the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade through downtown Rochester March 14.
Superintendent of Schools Anthony S. Cook, III, who marched alongside Associate Superintendent Jona Wright, said in addition to just being a lot of fun, the event was a great opportunity for members of the Catholic Schools community to connect with the greater Rochester community.
