Service honors the memories of Rochester’s homeless

A memorial service to honor and remember people in Rochester’s homeless community who have passed away over the years took place Aug. 22 at Central Church of Christ in Rochester. The names of the deceased were read and candles were lit in their memories.

James Murphy of St. Joseph's House of Hospitality reads the names of the homeless who have died as Patrick DuPont and Marlena Morton light a candle in their honor.
