The 12th annual Ash Wednesday Ashes Service and Soup Supper will take place Feb. 21 in the parish center of St. Anthony Church in Elmira.
The service will begin at 5:30 p.m. with distribution of ashes, followed by a supper of potato soup, clam chowder and bread. All are welcome, and the meal is free. A collection will be taken for Operation Rice Bowl.
