Giorgio Bracaglia, material director for the U.S.-based Holy Shroud Guild, led a discussion on “The Pictorial Evidence of the Passion Seen on the Shroud of Turin” Feb. 28 at St. Bernard’s School of Theology and Ministry. Bracaglia described evidence on the shroud of Christ’s four wounds: the crown of thorns, scourging, wrist wounds and pierced side. The event also included segments of the documentary “The Silent Witness,” followed by a question and answer session via Skype with the film’s director, David Rolfe. The event was presented by the Finger Lakes Guild of the Catholic Medical Association.
