Catholic Charities of Chemung/Schuyler will hold its annual Parish Social Ministry Dinner and Works of Love Recognition on Monday, June 14, beginning at 6 p.m. at the Hill Top Inn in Elmira.
Jack Balinsky, diocesan director of Catholic Charities, will present the keynote address. He will recall the history of parish social ministry and consistent life ethic advocacy in the Rochester Diocese, as Catholic Charities celebrates its centennial in the United States in 2010.
