St. Agnes School in Avon will host several events to gear up for the 2008-09 school-year registration, which begins Feb. 9.
The school, 60 Park Place, will host a Western-themed "Kindergarten Round-Up" for prospective kindergarten students and their families from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9. The event will include a "Buckaroo Breakfast" at 9 a.m. followed by a morning of activities. Prospective students are invited to visit and play with the current kindergarten posse until 11 a.m.
The school also will host an information session at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 10, or 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13. All prospective families are invited to tour the school or attend a brief presentation about it. Refreshments and child care will be provided.
St. Agnes offers pre-kindergarten through sixth-grade education, tuition scholarships, a Stay and Play Program and busing from many local school districts.
