St. Bernard’s School of Theology and Ministry is hosting its first-ever conference this fall.
The inaugural conference, “Interpretation of Scripture and Ecclesial Exegesis: The Search for an Integrated Theology,” will take place at at St. Bernard’s, 120 French Road in Pittsford, Sept. 17-19.
The conference will feature three keynote speakers: Gregory Vall, chair and professor of sacred Scripture at Notre Dame Seminary in New Orleans, La.; Jesuit Father David Meconi, associate professor of patristic theological studies at St. Louis University in St. Louis, Mo.; and Robert Louis Wilken, emeritus professor of history of Christianity at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Va.
The conference also will be available virtually. Those interested in attending either in person or virtually are asked to register for the conference on St. Bernard’s website.
