St. James Mercy Foundation’s third-annual "Diamonds and Denim" charity event, held Oct. 6 at the Hornell Golf Club, brought in $30,000. Now in its third year, the gala raises funds for St. James Mercy Hospital.
In addition, St. James Mercy recently received two grants totaling $76,300 from Catholic Health East to refurbish patient and resident areas for its MATCH program (Mercycare Addiction and Treatment Center of Hornell) and dementia unit.
