St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Church will host its 36th-annual Ukrainian Festival from 6 to 11 p.m. Aug. 14 and 15 and from 1 to 11 p.m. Aug. 16 and 17 at the church grounds, 940 E. Ridge Road, Irondequoit.
The festival will feature homemade Ukrainian food, entertainment by local and international music and dance groups, rides, games of chance and vendors selling authentic Ukrainian items. Parking is free.
The church this year kicks off a yearlong celebration of its 100th anniversary with a Divine Liturgy Sunday, Nov. 9. The parish is one of the largest in the Ukrainian Catholic Diocese of Stamford, Conn.
