St. Joseph’s Hospital in Elmira has planned several events to mark National Hospital Week beginning May 7.
Tuesday, May 9 — Service Awards/Retirement Dinner: Holiday Inn Riverview, 6 p.m.
Wednesday, May 10 — Sisters Day: All Sisters of St. Joseph working at the hospital will receive flowers.
Thursday, May 11 — Silver Plus Reception: honoring employees with 25 or more years of service; Cusick Meeting Room at the hospital; 3:30 to 5 p.m.
Sunday, May 14 — Mother’s Day: Carnations will be placed on the breakfast tray of every female patient.
