St. Joseph’s Hospital in Elmira will be a host site for the Hospice Foundation of America’s 14th-annual Living with Grief Teleconference. It will take place Thursday, March 22, from 1:30 to 4 p.m. in the hospital’s Cusick Meeting Room.
The session is entitled “Living With Grief: Before and After the Death.” Health-care professionals will explore the most current theoretical perspectives on loss and grief, as experienced by people throughout a life-limiting illness and by survivors after the death.
